Terms of Service

Effective date: March 2026

1. Overview

ChukScan provides AI-powered crypto risk analysis tools designed to help users review token-related risk signals. ChukScan is provided for informational purposes only and does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.

2. No Financial Advice

ChukScan does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Any scan result, score, alert, or risk summary is only one input in your own decision-making process.

3. User Responsibility

You agree to use the service lawfully and at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing project details, verifying contract addresses, and performing your own independent research before taking action.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected services, including Telegram. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your access credentials secure.

5. Service Availability

ChukScan may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scan limits, pricing, analysis depth, and feature availability may be updated as the product evolves.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your paid plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unused time, unused scans, or unused subscription features. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified service failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChukScan and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses related to trading activity, token purchases, market volatility, scams, hacks, or smart contract failures.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
