1. Overview

ChukScan provides crypto risk intelligence tools designed to help users review token-related risk signals, including market-route data, contract signals, wallet concentration, liquidity-pool context, and related risk indicators. ChukScan is provided for informational purposes only and does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

2. No Financial Advice

ChukScan does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, trade, or avoid any asset. Scan results, scores, alerts, labels, summaries, and risk explanations are informational tools only. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, trades, losses, gains, and outcomes.

3. Data, AI, and Accuracy

ChukScan may use automated analysis, AI-generated summaries, blockchain data, market data, third-party APIs, and heuristic risk models. Results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or based on limited data. ChukScan does not guarantee that any scan will detect every scam, rug pull, exploit, malicious contract, wallet cluster, liquidity issue, or market risk.

You should independently verify contract addresses, token details, liquidity information, wallet data, and project claims before taking any action.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to use ChukScan lawfully and at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying all information, performing your own independent research, and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected services, including Telegram. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials, devices, email accounts, and connected accounts secure.

6. Plans, Usage Limits, and Credits

ChukScan may offer Free, Pro, Elite, Deep Boost, or other paid and unpaid access tiers. Scan limits, included scans, feature access, pricing, billing intervals, and credit rules may vary by plan and may change over time.

Unused scans, credits, or plan features may expire or reset according to the applicable billing or usage cycle. Deep Boost credits and other add-ons may be subject to additional limits shown at purchase or in the product.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse ChukScan, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, scrape or resell the service without permission, abuse usage limits, interfere with security systems, use the service for unlawful activity, or use automated methods to overload the platform.

8. Service Availability

ChukScan may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, third-party API failures, blockchain data issues, rate limits, outages, or other causes.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your paid plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unused time, unused scans, unused credits, or unused subscription features. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified service failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChukScan and its operators, owners, contractors, service providers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, including losses related to trading activity, token purchases, market volatility, scams, hacks, exploits, smart contract failures, inaccurate data, delayed data, unavailable data, or reliance on scan results.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ChukScan after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
